I was born in the “Land of Smiles,” Thailand. Excited about my new career as a Life Coach, my life journey brought me to Pismo Beach, CA in 2007. Since then, I have helped many others experience a joy-filled life.
I teach the same practices I have been using for years to turn my conscious intentions into reality—effortlessly. My personal experience with meditation, visualization, and other powerful life-changing tools is at the core of my teaching because I know they work. I walk my talk!
My career path began in IT, an intense task-oriented industry. Traveling extensively to the USA, Europe, Australia, and throughout Asia allowed me to work with colleagues from different backgrounds and perspectives. This intense interaction opened my eyes to the diversity of human life and culture and fueling my interest in how we interact with each other.
In 1989, I began to tune in to my inner self and sought help to build the strength to act and communicate compassionately.
By 2000, the flowers began to blossom and I had a burning desire to support others in finding their own best selves.
Along with visualization and meditation, I studied counseling and psychotherapy and became a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). In 2013 I received a Master’s Degree in Psychology.
In 2010, just as my Life Coach career was gathering steam, I was suddenly widowed. Shocked, scared, and alone, I could only trust that my techniques would balance me and make me whole again. Knowing my needs must be healed gracefully, I allowed myself to be completely vulnerable. I used EFT Tapping to connect me to uncomfortable feelings and release them safely. I practiced Medical Qigong to make my mind and body calm and centered. Then, I nurtured my inner self with love, forgiveness and kindness meditation. When the heaviness released, I became open to accept reality and move forward with my new intention through visualization.
