+ Tips for before and after exercises

Every safe and conscious exercise is good for your body, mind and emotional state. Adding simple practices to your daily routine will multiply the positive results.

  • Sip clean water more often;
  • Gently tap and pat the whole body one or more times a day, especially before and after any physical exertion;
  • Instead of rigorous stretching, practice gentle lengthening movements;
  • Better results are often experienced with less effort -- less is more!

+ Tips for more restorative sleep

While sleep requirements vary slightly from person to person, science has determined an adult body needs 7-8 hours of sleep per 24 hour cycle. Often, dehydration contributes to a sleep problem, make sure to stay hydrated.

You can improve the quality of your sleep with a few simple steps.

  • Relax your body and mind:
  • Sip clean water (at least one whole mouth full) before going to bed;
  • Apply EFT Tapping to acknowledge and release any anxiety or unhelpful thoughts;
  • Bring your attention to your breathing and observe how the breath gently moves your body;
  • Consciously reset your brain-circuit with thoughts of gratitude;
  • Hold the center of your palm between your fingers.

+ Tips to boost your energy

Sometimes we might lack motivation to get up to exercise or do outdoor activities. Why don’t we just sit and laugh together.

  • Sip clean water more often. “Even mild dehydration can drain your energy and make you tired.” -- Mayo Clinic
  • Practice fun and enjoyable movements like laughter yoga:
  • Massage your jaws and ears;
  • Begin with simple facial movements like saying A E I O U. Then make a funny sound for each letter of the alphabet.
  • How would a monkey say A E I O U? How about an elephant, a cricket?

Detox & Revitalize with
Bamboo Tapping

Join us ONLINE once a month every 1st Saturday from 7:00-7:45 AM

Starting in December, Saturday the 5th, 2020

Cost $30 per session

Keep Your Lymphatic System Healthy

Prolonged static postures like sitting or standing contribute to the imbalance of the body’s energy system and fluidity.

My teacher, Tom Low, taught us to use a bundle of bamboo to gently tap the whole body by following the flow of the lymphatic system. The sound and vibration of the bamboo stimulate the flow of the body's energy system, and also detox.

Practice Bamboo Tapping together with drinking water, you will experience more relaxation and vitality.

Prerequisite: Having a Bamboo Stick before the event. You might consider to buy this SUPVOX Bamboo Massage Stick or similar.
