+ STEP ONE: Let's look at your inner landscape

It’s a time to pause and connect to your inner landscape. What do you see and feel? What part makes you feel happy and what makes you feel unhappy.

Psychologists have confirmed that emotions drive and influence our actions and our lives.

We all react to emotional triggers - both good and bad. Through my own life experiences and from working with clients, I’ve seen how we can retrain our controllers to “pull out the weeds” in our inner landscapes - with EFT Tapping. Tapping is simple and safe; it’s the centerpiece of the process I call the Ultimate Qi Self-Care Techniques.

EFT Tapping is the master key that unlocks and opens our inner selves to make space for new energy pathways, new growth, and new beauty…easily, efficiently, and effortlessly.

First you need to acknowledge your current patterns and be aware of them.

A study published in the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease, the oldest peer-reviewed psychology journal in the United States, found that Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) lowered the major stress hormone cortisol significantly more than other interventions tested.

Personal Coaching Sessions Practice

  • 60-minute sessions.

  • Conducted via Zoom, FaceTime, Messenger, or Skype giving us the flexibility to meet anywhere at your convenience.

  • All ages are welcome! I will customize the Whole Body Balancing Approach to suit your needs and pace – whether you are 20 or 70.

  • Experience the powerful healing practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping and Optimal EFT.

Fee Information

  • $125 for one session conducted remotely

  • $330 for three weekly sessions conducted remotely

  • $540 for six weekly sessions conducted remotely

  • $750 for a package of

    • Ten weekly sessions conducted remotely.

    • Package includes teaching self-help tools, e.g. resetting activities, repatterning your brain activities, medical Qigong breathing, Alpha waves relaxing and meditation.

  • Each session is 60 minutes

  • At your request, sessions can be recorded for replay.

  • Medical Qigong -- Practice our natural resource of breathing consciously to create a Ph balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide. Qigong breathing techniques and gentle exercises are used to stimulate and enhance Qi flow within the body.

  • Relaxation and Visualization with the Silva Ultramind System – Practice tuning your antenna - your natural ability to receive and transmit  energy 

  • Meditation

  • Dynamic Meditation -- Learn basic meditation techniques to find calmness and practice gratitude

  • Mindfulness and Loving-Kindness Meditation – Experience harmony and freedom by focusing not only on kindness but also compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity toward yourself and others.

Note! For group sessions, you might consider connecting among your family, siblings, cousins, friends, or colleagues. It would be fun to get together and share your love and care. 

 

+ What is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping?

EFT is the emotional equivalent of acupuncture – instead of using needles to access the body’s energy meridians, you tap on them with your fingertips in a particular sequence.
